Terms Of Payment
Terms of payment are COD with a 50% deposit due at time of booking and balance due prior to beginning of session. Materials, additional studio time, and tax are due in full at the end of the session. Absolutely no materials will be released unless balance is paid in full. If balance is paid by non-certified check, sufficient time must be allowed for the check to clear the bank before any tapes, CD’s, masters, mixes, or copies are released. These terms will be strictly enforced. All tapes/CD’s in the possession of Da Spot are Da Spot’s property until all outstanding balances are paid in full. A $30.00 service charge will be added for all checks returned. We will not be held responsible for personal property left on the premises. Da Spot will hold tapes/CD’s for one (1) year at the client’s own risk. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All materials and equipment rental is subject to 4.5% Virginia Retail Sales Tax where applicable.

Cancellation Policy
A 72-hour written notice must be given or the deposit will be forfeited. If no written notice is given, the client will be responsible for the payment in full.
